99% of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ graduates are employed, in graduate school, or completing a year of full-time or military service within six to nine months of receiving their diplomas. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ ranks in the top 6% nationally for the highest mid-career salary potential of graduates by PayScale. A recent study by Stacker recognized °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ nationally among the Top 100 Colleges whose alumni go on to earn the most money.

Gain relevant, valuable experience

More than 80% of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ students participate in a practicum, internship, and/or field experience prior to graduation; 70% of students also have a leadership experience before they graduate. Our liberal arts core curriculum and first-year living learning program afford high-impact learning practices from day one. Most °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ students are additionally involved in student-led clubs, organizations, programs, and extra-curricular activities that further provide critical skills and competencies.

More than 60% of students study abroad during their junior year, and more than 70% have an international experience before they graduate. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ offers study tours during the academic year in addition to summer and winter programs to provide a diverse offering of global opportunities for all students of all academic majors. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼’s office of international programs further supports international activities on campus throughout the academic year.

Baltimore-Washington, D.C., is the 4th largest metro area in the United States and provides easy access to internships, networking and job opportunities, cultural experiences, professional sports, world-class culinary scenes, music and the arts, and nightlife—not to mention easy trips via plane, train, or bus. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ students have the chance to explore Baltimore through programming and academic curricula, often with faculty and through our Messina program, throughout their time at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼.
